Without dash. If .com with dash is not available go for other TLDs such as .net. If none of them available then take .com with dash.

This is my question.... is it better to buy a .net/.org domain without dash, or a .com domain with a dash...

I would go with the .net/.org without the dashes. However, I would take a dashed .com/net/org domain over a non-dashed .info or .biz.

Also, buyers hate dashes so for resale purposes, I would stay away from the dash as much as possible.

No dash's, numbers or letters like "Z" to make it sound "cool"

Actually, there is no difference between www,domain-domain.com and www,domaindomain.net/.org/.us Yuor choice is solely up to you.

I'd buy both just to be on the safe side to prevent someone trying to rip me off and have one redirect to the other.

I prefer the one without the hyphens myself. I would drop just the name of the domain into google and the other search engines just to see if they detect if it's different words put together or if it thinks it;s misspelled.

    Without the dash.
Also .com is most worthwhile over most other easilly registerable domains.

Either way, you will end up losing traffic eventually to the domainname.com

Search engines don't mind hyphens so I;d personally go with the hyphen .com.

A lot of your eventual members will bookmark it so the hyphen wont matter so much or you will advertise via PPC which negates the tld and hyphen as well.

    Overall though..

I would mosty likely opt for keyworddomainname.com

Its an extra word but you wont suffer any of the drawbacks of the other 2 alternatives and still do well in natural search engine results.

According to us , keyword should be included in domain for seo point of view.
