What is the best WYSIWYG HTML editor?

I want a WYSIWYG HTML editor, text editor is not convenient for design. I know the best may be Dreamweaver, but it is too expensive... Can anyone tell me some free editors? Thanks.

I believe Yahoo has a downloadable editor that's pretty good.

I have used Coffee Cup for many years and will say its good but I just recently started trying out Expression Web 2 from M$ (they don't make FP anymore) and I have to say IT ROCKS. Not cheap but far better then CC.

Dreamweaver! Better get used with Dreamweaver than getting lazy with WYSIWYG editors ;)
