what is the best wp theme creator software out there?

    I see some theme creator software advertised that makes building wp themes super easy. Are there any that someone recommends?

    Adobe Dreamweaver. That's probably the best your going to find without going down to notepad and doing the code from scratch. WP Themes are just HTML, they're pretty easy to figure out. Take a look at a demo skin's HTML coding, I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out, experience in web design or not. :)

    I'm pretty sure there are no actual Wordpress skinning programs or scripts.

    I agree with this guy as Adobe Dreamweaver is providing you most of web designer need.

    Yeah, nothing beats Adobe Dreamweaver. A "skinning" system will be too complicated to auto create for wordpress.
