What is the best websites to submit flash or video for seo ?

    I have just done a flash video guide to my program RadioTelephone Tutor.

    I used wink to make it. So technically it is half video and half flash program.
    Youtube cannot convert it.

    I have converted it to a avi also. But when I looked at it on youtube the quality is not as good as the flash.

    Is there any sites where you can submit flash to improve your seo and website traffic ?

    I appreciate any suggestions you may have on this ?

    I target the videos on youtube. It is very popular. The second one is google video. These video uploading websites are very popular.
