What is the best website to hire a freelancer/programmer for a few projects?

    Well I am looking for a programmer to make me a few programs in C++, C# or VB. Where should I look for one and do you guys have any experience with sites like freelancer, odesk etc.?

    Well it is all personal preference. When I need to outsource some work, I look on here for users with a high iTrader and that have been around the community a while. I personally use odesk and recommend it.
