    I have used ifreelance and craigslist both to help me with web site work when I get too many jobs to handle on my own. But all in all, right here on this forum, you will find plenty of web developers including myself.

    Digital Point is pretty good, but I like Scriptlance as it allows you to find the right developer using filters, rating etc
