    I am looking to buy domains and develop them for E-Commerce.. but would love to buy premium domains....

    Try eBay they really do have some hidden gems in there. You can get some really keyword rich domains for dirt cheap. You can strike some serious gold on eBay now that no one else is buying them. I have gotten some good from there and have developed and flipped some pretty profitable sites.
