What is the best website template you've ever seen?

I'm looking to start a tourism website and I've been searching around for some good ideas to pick and choose to model my site after. Please post some of your favorite sites with great layouts and design. The don't have to be tourism sites, but that is what my site will be in the end.

Have a look in search engines about related sites, and take the idea from there.

 

Oh! BTW, before you use those templates .. optimise the graphics first.

Most templates are guilty of eating your bandwith... and making your site super-slow. You are lucky if you find a template that's under 100 K per page.

 

I have seen a really cool one from seo guy the other day on a real estate site (looking for it now).

 

Actually a nice template won't sell your website.

I usually focus on content, seo and after that a decent template.
