There are free traffics and paid traffics, with paid traffics you can get really fast traffics, i have tried it too but i stopped since i don't want to pay lol. But with free traffics, you will need to work on it. Here are a complete lists on how you get free traffics, I hope it will help.

2. Submission to good blog directories(top 50)
3. Submit quality articles to top 100 press release sites
4. Create some nice good articles,send to couple good article sites
