What is the best way to sell direct advertising?

    I’m curious as to how successful webmasters sell direct advertising. I just setup this possibility on Moneystance.com, but I’m not sure if the prices and options I have chosen will offset the income from affiliate banners or if they are too high for direct advertisers. Can some of you take a few moments and evaluate my current advertising pitch, options, and prices and give me any advice you may have to improve its implementation?     yes that is one of the greatest question which is troubling me as well :( but i am in health niche !
