What is the best way to RANK a Game Niche Site ?

I am trying to rank my website:

Is Fiverr the best to use ?
SEO Optimization?
Backlinks ?
High PR Sites ?
PLR Articles?

There is so many ways, with Google always doing its update for a newbie like me..I don't know where to start.

The key is relevant backlinks. There are two ways that I know: Reaching out to various sites in your niche and asking them to guest post on their sites with a link and grinding it out that way.

Or you can build a private blog network/rent links on someone else's, a much more efficient method in my opinion. PM if you want some help with the latter option.

I'd stay away from fiverr almost all the time...

 

Go for all of them, but I think you really need to change your domain name! No one will remember/type or want to remember/type such a domain.

I agree with maddenistrous. Domain name should be easier to remember and brandable. There are many websites sacrificing domain names in the name of SEO (using keywords in the url). Good luck with everything.
