what is the best way to promote a NEW website?

Well, there is not such thing as the best way.

However...

How to get traffic? There are many ways to get a lot of traffic. Here are the ones that are used more often:

1) SEO. Yeah, it's an old strategy, but it still works. It's a little bit harder to get high rankings these days, but it's still worth the efforts. Especially, if you outsource backlinks. You can use my quality link building service, if you want.

Some key points: dont use broad match keywords. When you're doing keyword research using Google keyword tool, use exact match. That will tell you exactly how many people are searching that exact keyword per month.

Another important thing is to understand your competition. You have to fail a couple times, before you can estimate your competition properly. Use SEO for firefox plugin for this.

So, the next step is to build links. You can use my service if you want or you can build them by yourself, but I WARN you - it's very boring

2) This is my favorite - traffic from JV partners and affiliates. You need a product, but creating a product is easy. Just take a PLR product and order new graphics and change the title. Then try to recruit affiliates. Offer at least 75% commissions. Go there and find people in your niche. Then, figure out what they need. For example, they might have a membership site. Tell them that if they promote your product, you will give them 2 hours worth of video content if they promote for you. That's how you recruit affiliates.

Another great thing, that Im actually doing right now, is interviewing experts. I will create a product from 10-15 interviews and then ask these people to promote for me. Many of them already said yes, without me asking them

Also, another very important thing about recruiting affiliates is to make sure your offer converts well. It should make at least a dollar per click for affiliate.

3) Video marketing. Just grab a couple PLR articles and read them. If you dont know where to find them, search for "free PLR articles". Then submit videos to YouTube. Then build some backlinks.

4) Guest blogging. Just find blogs in your niche and offer to write a blog post for them in exhange of a link to your site.

Hmm , you can promote it via many online forums , try doing things with articles , give your site to traffic exchanges and it should make your website properly if you follow this three only.

 

You can focus to increase backlinks , you can do directory submission , forum posting and profile backlink and many more.

 

Try social bookmarking an submitting your website to article directories , along with it try submitting your site to search engines , that will get you a lot of visitors

 

make some presentations , videos , provide some e-books writing you own content and upload them in the sites like slideshare, scribd , youtube make sure that the content which you are providing is helpful to the traffic you are looking for and at the end just write your website name for example same as you like your name at the end of an application
i saw this method in one of the sites "erway.in" which has its youtube channel also named Engineersway and it provides the presentations and study materials for the engineering students. if you will search on youtube you will find many videos with the domain name at the end just as they have done hard work and want others to recognize and appreciate them.

 

Create quality back links and set up your page on Face book and other social media sites, it will definitely help you to get quality traffic.
