Firstly of all, you should consider which part of your job should be outsourced? For SEO, I will not recommend you to let other people do it for you. You should be the leader in this team, and cooperate with others. People from outsider can not do such job for you. If you are going to build more links, then this job can be outsoource. Employ some students from college to do it.

 

i tried, but got lots of emails, and really hard to maintain all of them....

as to select the right team, there are several parameters....

also i can't see, whatever the person is saying is right or not....

 

You can try freelance network, this is one of the good way to improve ranking and traffic of site, But a proper planning is very necessary.

The most important is ask for the freelance portfolio from there you can judge the quality of work.

 

i do agree, but whatif a provider offer me a links of some of his works, he/she never performed...i can't control that....

Well, To judge someone what matters most is feedbacks, you should strongly look at his feedbacks. Apart from sites like odesk and other freelance networks DigitalPoint is also a very good platform to get potential programmers, since the iTraders out here matter a lot in terms of reputation.
To see if the examples shown by someone is made by them or not, you should ask for demos hosted on their own server, or check if there's any backlink to their company in the footer. Also, you may ask for code samples and if you're a programmer you may check code samples to check their performance level.
You may further, check their website's testimonials section, and email some clients of their's personally, or ask them for email ids. With all the fraudment going on out there, i would definitely say, that reputation and feedback score is the only way to judge someone.
You may also ask for a project sheet before finalizing the project with confirmation from both sides. Another important point is good communication and interaction with clients that many fail to offer.

The are some good designer on DP just make sure that they are respected . Otherwise just follow the golden rule : Don't outsource to India , Nigeria , Russia , China or Pakistan .

 

do you know maximum number of programmers come from India and China ? China is the home of Nokia, HTC and many other software+hardware firm.. not everyone is a fraud. don't be a resist.

 

Its better you look for some local company for your website design work.Online outsourcing can help but meeting your designer in person will be better.
