We are a mortgage lead generator looking to establish long terms relationships with mortgage companies and loan officers. We generate very good leads off the Internet and thru call centers and can sell them either exclusively or semi-exclusively. We've tried PPC campaigns to anybody looking to purchase leads but the replies trickle in 1-2 a day if we're lucky. Also tried email campaigns but they hardly worth the time you put into them. Any suggestions?
I know there are a number of loan affiliate programs through cj.com. I know the inner working (for the most part) of a large loan company and must say they are very picky about mortgage bankers (50% dont last longer than the 6 months of required training AFTER college) and would probably not want someone filling loans for them.
