Comment on other user videos similar to your own.. They may take the time to check out your profile.. You can also submit that video to Fark.. Fark.com ..If they accept it.. you'll get your 100k views in no time.. -Try Digg.com as well

Youtube is the No.1 video sharing site, there is no doubt about this. However, in term of # views, some small video sharing sites could bring you many more views. There are some service/software could distribute your videos to many sites. I use this: http://www.videouploadpro.com/SiteList.htm . Stumble It! I got a video on youtube that gets hundreds of people from stumble. And thousands from other places because of Digg & Stumble promotion. So far it's had 32,000+ views.

I added one , a police car chase tagged with my sites watermark ( stashvideos.com ) and the desc. text: More at StashVideos.com ( linked ) and it got over 100k and growing by itself, and 5 links in last time i checked, and tons of comments/ratings/favorited Youtube is huge, add a good list of keywords and watch your number grow.
