What is the best way to make your own Affiliate Program?

    I've been adding a lot of stores to my site lately but some stores I've bought from before don't have affiliate programs. I'm positive they are the manufacturer.. the are just that small.

    So I'm wondering if there is a good affiliate program software I can recommend to them?

    I'm not looking for an affiliate program. I'm looking for software to create a affiliate program.
