What is the best way to make a wordpress theme gallery?

    I was just wondering what the best way to make a wordpress theme gallery is?
    I want to have a screenshot, a demo site, and the ability to preview the theme (of course). It would also be great if there was a way to rate the themes and sort by most popular.
