What is the best way to make a reflection?

    Using either Photoshop, or Illustrator, could you please explain your process on making a reflection under text and/or a logo.

    Photoshop:

    Duplicate text,
    Ctrl-t
    Rightclick
    Flip vertical
    Blending options
    Gradient Overlay
    Do half transparent,
    The color of the background
    Or Raster the text and take erase tool
    Then lower opac of the layer around 50%

    You can visit tutorialized.com and smashingmagazine.com (on web 2.0 tutorial section). Both have links of tutorials how to make reflection.

    Thanks for the quick reply ZoharBlur. That's how I've been doing it, but my reflections just don't seem to look as good as some others I've seen.

    Thanks to you too bnandika, but I'm trying to get real responses, and not just links to other sites. I've seen plenty of tutorials, but I tend to get a few better results when I try other suggestions then what is listed on those free tutorial sites.
