    My advice (some of which has already been said) is this:
    • Post everyday if possible
    • But more importantly when you post, post with value, give your visitors great value for free
    • Don't post a long fluff piece that says nothing
    • Get to the point in your posts, they can be short as long as they contain serious value
    • Post as much as possible, but only if you have something to offer, don't just post for the heck of it
    • When you have more time, write posts in advance for the future, to help when you have no time
