Try using rosetta stone, if you want to learn english.
If you need writing then you might want to study some literature and practice writing some articles. If the articles are good you can sell it over here. but you shouldnt price yourself too high considering your a beginner.

    Thanks

Your best option is to take an English course in a school in your area.

There is nothing online that comes even close.

Several universities and linguistic institutions have grammar guides and other English learning resources online.

I would start browsing this, http://owl.english.purdue.edu/

The issue there is "looks like". Don't knock it until you try it. They have advanced modules as well, though I guess the difference is that Rosetta stone is more for conversational usage of the language and it seems you want something technical.

Private courses, private tutoring or dedicated self research

Thanks XuryaX, Mystique, supernal for your inputs.

diemughni, I could talk English and communicate using it effortlessly without any trouble. But when I write, I experience issues with grammar and vocabulary, My vocabulary is good for general reading and I never had to check dictionary to read something on-line or newspaper.

But to write in english, (I am a writer in my native language) I think I need improvement, In the areas of grammar and vocab.

I need some good guide (from a professional writer maybe good) or course to improve myself. Plz advice.

    Thanks

Keep on reading and keep on writing, or read some copy writing books to get some ideas and techniques for writing.

Read a lot, but also watch and listen to as many films/TV shows/radio broadcasts in English as you can. The only way to learn any language is to surround yourself with it. If you hear or read any interesting or unusual phrases write them down.

I would recommend that you go through Michael Vince - Advanced Language Practice. It may seem like a long, boring road to perfection, but this little book will get you there. :)

I recommend purchasing a few, old fashioned, English grammar textbooks from Amazon.com that are used and studying them. I am a native English speaker/writer, and even I am constantly trying to brush up on the finer points. Also, look into a private tutor who will assign some basic writing/grammar exercises that will help you learn through repetition.

Elements of style is a good grammar text - recommended by John Carlton no less, oh and hand copy proven sales letters - or newspaper ads - this will help implant the rules of English grammar in your unconscious mind.

Oh, relax and have fun too.

    All valuable inputs. Thanks.

I don't believe that I can become good at grammar by watching movies or reading and all. It'll improve the flow of words, but for grammar, It seems like I should take the dry route.

When I write in my native language, words flow like river, smooth, but when I write in English, I get blocks. Hard. Sometimes I write in my native language and then convert to English, but it seem like an intellectual exercise. Needs lot of coffee.

Learning Grammar in English is like studying a programming language. Hard work for a perfectionist writer. But I should make it. I like to give only decent piece to my readers.

Growing up, I read many children's books by British author Roald Dahl. Trust me, his children's books will catapult your English without straining you. Plus you can get super cheap copies on Amazon.
