ya, for gaining weight! here are a few tips. take rice in your lunch, and one tea spoon of "ghee" or "butter" and then after the lunch, sleep for atleast 3 hours. that will do.
eat like people in the old times did, (like Jesus and Plato, i guess) fruits, bread, milk, nuts. nothing processed or artificial. [or did i post in the wrong thread because suddenly people are talking about algorithms. ]
