Actually, any plan or diet can be useless. First you need find a reason to get on diet, then you set up a goal. Most people fail because they don't know what they want. Even they loss the weight, they gain everything back because they see diet as a diet. A diet should be a change of life style. Any quick fix will fail after that it is all about discipline

I have to agree with the 'excersise more and eat' less reply and the 'eat smaller meals more often' as this will shrink your stomach. Try Kickboxing, or something similar. I have seen a lot of people lose weight this way, and enjoy it, as well as other benefits. Being part of a group and having goals IE belt grades are a big incentive. You may find Cider Vinegar tablets help too, as they root out stored fat and make you wee a lot. (only take them for a short time though, as they are bad for you in long term dosages)
Somebody told me to eat more in small quantities rather than just eating 3times a day and getting urself really full. If you can, walk. Than ride your car.
Simple way to loose some weight. Get some green tea capsules. Make sure they have green tea extract and Caffine. the caffine is so little i is not bad for you. The best ratio is 500 mg green tea and 50 mg caffine. i use one with 500 mg green tea and 35 mg caffine. I take one in the morning and one latter in the day. The one in the morning gets me going. It seems to speed up your system and makes you eat less. It is also very good for you and has higest antixodiants. 50 times more than vitamin c.
so, here is my advice: wake up in the morning, and drink a glass of lemon water. in the lemmon water, mix one tea spoon of honey! and then go to take a walk. a simple, 500 meters of walk will do. repeat this step for about 15 days, and you will sure lose a lot of weight. one of my friend lost 15 kg by doing this, so it works!
