What is the best way to have multiple languages for a website?

    What is the best method of implementation with regards to having multiple languages of the same website/content?

    Do I have to worry about dupe content issues?

    What about my database and files? I use a simple CMS....header/footer/index

    I am somewhat a noob so please explain thoroughly...thanks in advance:).

    You need to put more detail for people to help.

    If you use a DB for the content, then there will be an entry of the content for each languages.
