    The quick ways are

Make a wordpress blog .. and write down a post in tags slect high PR tags like business , computer , arts etc and then on that post or blog also enter your website back link which you want to cache by google or other search engines .

Other quick way is to get a back link from a PR 6 or 7 website

Other quick way is to comment on a HIGH PR blog post like around 6 or 7

Other quick way is to do social bookmarking on top social book marking website like diggit , stumbleupon, diigo , delicious etc

try them all at once would be more good and quick ..

Some social bookmarkings and Google.com/addurl has always worked for me. Also making url linked profile on high pr forum/sites get you indexed quickly.

I believe that would be (1) changing it in some way and then (2) submitting that page only to google's Add URL form.

Social book marking and registering your blog's rss feed in different websites increase your page cache.

Create your blog in blogger and give your page link inside your blogger blog. google cached blogger blog very fast.
You can also do social bookmarking. These are the way you can cached your page very early.
