What is the best way to find high PR Ranking Blogs for submitting comments

    I am looking for a free software or a way to find out what is the best way to find high PR blogs for a certain keyword. The idea is to submit comments and get a backlink.

    Scrapebox. No question. Give it 5 minutes and it will find thousands of keyword related blogs. Then it will even help sort them out for you. You can check the PR of the posts it finds, check if the blogs are dofollow or nofollow, check if the posts are open for comments, check the # of outbound links, etc.
