What is the best way to do link building for escort site or adult site?

I do have a escort client, I have totally no idea how to make link building for this kind of site. Most directory or blog does not accept adult links. My mind if full of question, some of the escort site still doing very well, they achieve high PR.

 

I recommend creating a photo gallery section on the escort site - then use Chameleon Submitter to promote it. I got a one month subscription to Chameleon when I first created my adult site, and it drove a lot of traffic to my site, plus created thousands of backlinks. Also, submit the photo or video gallery to persiankitty.com and thumbnailseries.com and thehun.net
I also got quite a reasonable amount of hits from bookmarking my site at reddit.com and porndirectory.com and freesexcentral.com
Doing these things alone got me about 6000 hits a day within a month, and of course better ranking with Uncle Google.

I think we cant use common way to do seo for adult and gambling site, for time being I only can think off pay listing and link exchange. Any out of box method? Due to budget constrain I cant relied too much on pay services
