I have been getting a lot of guest bloggers and I want to create a sticky post at the top of my "Guest Posts" category to explain some things about submitting a guest post. What is the best way to do this? I have seen plugins (I use Wordpress), but I was hoping there was a better way than adding another plugin. Any ideas?
