What is the best way to check traffic

    Hello every one i want to know what is the best tool you use to check the traffic of the website, except google analytics.. and that must shows the genuine traffic just like the google analytics..

    I really don't know of any other tool because i also use Google analytics to check my traffic.

    I just check the traffic through my hosting account for the site - it seems to be the best way to do it.

    I have always used Google Analytics because it is easy to implement and track. I guess you could use something like Site Meter. That seems like an alright alternative. Although, what problem do you have with Analytics?

    Well, Google is known for the issue of showing different results on certain occasions but that one you are talking about, I've never heard of. Do you have the right country selected? It may show up as 0 in local results if you choose another country but the amount of total searches would still show up in Global Searches.

    I'm also using Google Analytic tool for checking traffic ratio of my website regularly. Open Site Explorer also one of the best option to check traffic ration from appropriate keyword. I mostly use these two tools for checking traffic towards my websites.

    To get the very best results you would need to compare results from a couple sources, firstly the servers logs for that website, then something like Google Analytics's and if you use a CDN like CloudFlare that will get you a good average :)
