    I use the Google tool bar. Always thought that was the most reliable because its directly from Google.

    The Best Tool for Checking Page Ranking is page rank checker and that option is given in google toolbar. Install google add-ons in your system once it is install you can easily check your website pr.

    Anyway, if it is already up here - I like SEOQuake (FireFox plugin); it pulls a lot more info than just the PR for a given page or your search results in Google

    use google alexa to see the page rank. i do not think that alexa PR is fake because it been use by lot of marketer use to check the PR.
    It even able to show you the page rank of global and the page rank in the country. Alexa is so friendly usage even can download the tool , so you can see all pr of the website you view when you search on the website.

    @Richman25: some said that the toolbar gave errors sometimes,
    i also believe it's better to compare it with various sources

    ps: i use webseoranks.com it gives me a real google rank, and it also has some extra features ( alexa rank,alexa backlinks, google backlinks,yahoo backlinks,domain age, google bot last visit, site value, bing indexed pages, W3C validator,digg links, and a few more)

    Google tool bar is the simple and best, i also have seo tool for firefox, and chrome , though Chrome tells the domain PR not Page Pr
