    It depends if u want a nice romantic kiss or just make out if u want to ask for a romantic kiss u don't just ask straight up u say to her well your so beautiful and if Ur sure she will say yes say can i kiss your beautiful lips...:)

    It depends on location and situation. If you just seen this woman walking past you in a mall/shopping centre then forget it.

    If you are with her on a date or something then just stroke her hair. If she looks comfortable then slowly move in for the kiss.

    The you slowly move in for the kiss.

    P.S. This works if you are about to propose also.
