What is the best to ping ? (I want to index my new articles)

I can integrate the ping script so it works on the last one in my list ^

 

If it's possible for you to do, I think it would be best to ping the main site and your individual articles every time you update your site. This way the SE's will know that you have a new article and your site is being updated with new content.

 

You should ping your feed as long as it is in a standard rss format.

feed if its new stuff that you want to ping...

 

If majority of the recent changes appear on your index page, then the first option is the best, other wise...the second option is more suitable for you.

Ping your new or updated pages regardless of the URL. Also here is a bookmark pinger, create a new bookmark but add this for the URL:
