Hello Rupom, I don't think there is such tool to find out competitors social media activities exactly what they are doing so. But you can analysis through google or manually search on social media platforms.
the simplest answer is: listen and watch. the complex answer is: create lists of your competitors. you can create lists on facebook or twitter. on facebook lists are visible only for you. on twitter you can create an private list and no one ever will know that you have included them to one or another list. that's the way you'll keep in touch with their activity (by this I mean public posts). Also, consider analyzing their most liked (retweeted) posts and understand what's worthy for their public. 'Listen' their followers and, when needed, interact with them, bring them to your page. The only thing you must avoid is aggressive spam. These are few steps you can start working with and you shall be fine. Cheers!

BuzzBundle. Its a part of link assistant software. It costs about 100$ but you can run a lot of accounts using a lot of profiles from one single application. Hope this helps.
