I have a website project that requires the homepage to have a section where the administrator can post messeges for everyone to see. I was wondering what is the best tool I can use to do this? I was thinking of making like an RSS feed that will update everytime a blog is update with the messege, but that requires creating a blog also, is there an easier way to accomplish this? This can't be like a seperate page or a forum, must be integrated into homepage The administrator will NOT have access to the server so he/she can't update the website manually. Thanks.
