Apart from plagiarism, tools wouldn't provide any other data. If you're expecting results like "Hey, you forgot 'is' in paragraph 3, 2nd line OR Hey, this content is too old & shitty. Could have been better on this topic: abc is best than xyz", you wont find such tools.

You can try seo-standard.com - I guess it's not about quality of content as you meaned it, but it definitely can help you with making it better for Google. It will suggest you to make changes according google top10 for your keywords - like a some kind of cargo cult which is actually works.

The "quality of content" is a very subjective evaluation and is quite different from the quality of the technical SEO aspects of your website. I don't think any tools can assess your website's content quality as well as a human reader can. For example, let's say I ask ten people to write a 500-word essay on the topic "What Are Your Personal Goals for Your Life?" We human readers will do a far better job evaluating the various essays' quality than any tool can.

Like most of you, I can tell within the first 30 seconds on a webpage if the content is of good quality or not. It may be technically perfect, yet be full of shallow content, horrible grammar/spelling, and English that is barely comprehensible. The average reader will flee from that site in the first 20-30 seconds.

Why would you even have to check before posting if you know to yourself that it is unique??

No, I don't use for any tools and softwear for checking the contents quality. I would suggest to check manually or hire a proof reader for this purpose.
