What is the best to "LEARN WORDPRESS CODEX"?

    I don't know why but I can't visit wordpress.org for several days. I applied every technique I know to visit the site. Cause I am very new to wordpress and want to learn wordpress codex.

    So guyes can you help me with that? BTW do you have any codex that can email me? I mean is it possible?
