    You want to build your Fan page as you build your website. In fact your fan page can give a boost to your website if a lot of your facebook friends do not yet know about your website.

    I agree when ever you can start one is a good time. Fan Pages are great for traffic i'm told i plan to do one for my site and my real estate business. I think facebook its the best 700Million users cant be wrong.

    Make an web site.Write some article in nice topics.Do SEO for your site.Increase traffic.Then make a fan page.Keep a button for your page in your site.

    I made my website first ,after one week..i started fan page for that website..Now i am getting daily facebook fans and some traffic using faceboook...
