Of course... Morning Time for exercise is Better then Evening Time. Because in morning you feel relax and at evening you maybe tied after your Day work. and if you want wake up early in the morning then you can try "Mobile Alarm" any other type of "Alarm Clock". I ask you, because i also use Mobile Alarm for wake up early in Morning.
I'd say some time in the morning but honestly it's whatever time works best for you. The most important thing is that you're actually exercising.
if you are too lazy wake up in the morning to do exercise, you may try to do it in the afternoon after work hour, 5 - 7 pm. Physical condition is in stable (strength)
