For sure earning in the morning at 6 is the best time to exercise cause that time our body had good relax and lots of energy to do the exercise also
It depends on why you are exercising. If you are trying to lose weight (fat burn), then exercising as early as possible in the day is preferable as it kick starts your metabolism and keeps it raised for longer. It's certainly preferable to exercise earlier and have 8 hours of boosted metabolism than exercising just before bed. Which is a good thing if you're trying to shed a few pounds.
IMO, I don't think it matters. But it is more easier to do it in the morning as you are fresh, while in the evening, you get tired (because of all the work). Some don't have a choice, they have to work early, and they get time only in evening. But I would recommend, if you get the time and opportunity, to do it in the morning.

The only downside to exercising in the evening is that you may not be able to give it your full physical ability because you're already tired after a long day. The way I find it best to choose is to see what time of day you will be better mentally focused and determined to push yourself.
