My friends are telling that evening exercise is also good for health. I thought "Only morning exercise is good." I am lazy to wake up early in the morning to do exercise. Any Ideas?
Doing Exercise morning and evening is best. you have to choose based on your request. if your aim is to reduce your weight you must opt for morning workout and strictly not in the evening. and if your aim is to build your body you can workout 24 hours in a day
The best time to exercise is when You will do it. Some people just are not morning people. If you are not, try stopping right after work. If you go home first, you're likely to come up with excuses not to go. I use to make sure that any club I belonged to was on my route to/from work. That way I couldn't pretend that I "forgot" about it since I would see it on my way home.

Any exercise is good exercise. One reason that people recommend morning exercise is because they say that there isn't any food in your stomach therefore when you exercise you are burning fat that your body has stored. Not sure whether or not it is true seeing as things change all of the time.

in my experience daily exercise is good it doesn't matter if its morning afternoon or night as long as you do it, so by the time you wake up eat your breakfast then rest a bit then go do your exercise.
It is better for your body's metabolism and resting metabolic rate if you work out in the morning. It will keep your caloric consumption up though out the day and help your burn more calories. If you really want to burn some fat drink something caffeinated before your workout, caffeine aids in your body's efforts to metabolize fats and lipids.
It doesn't have to be morning. But when you wake up. When you wake up you can take a very small breakfast, including proteins. Then head to a gym or anything, do some sport and then you have all day. It may be uncompatible with a real life of going to work, because it would mean getting up very early. But if you're kind of free, do it first thing in the day, then you'll feel better about yourself in the day.
There is no harm in doing exercise in the evening, given the hectic schedule one has to face during the rush morning hours. But see that your stomach is not heavy during the evening work out.
