What is the best time to exercise - morning or evening?

    Hi guys,
    This one's for all the fitness freaks out there. When do you find it comfortable to work out? Morning or evening? Please share your opinion. ;)

    I prefer the evening, body is too slow and tight in the morning. Also it is pretty cold where i am.

    I'm up every day at 5:30am, and the first thing I do is about an hour and a half of exercise. To keep me motivated, I do something different every day (gym, mountain biking, road biking, or running).

    I'm always too tired at the end of the day, so the morning is perfect for me.

    Neither..I like in the afternoon.
    I think is the best time to exercise...
    Why not add in the afternoon this option?:D

    For the best results do 1h at the morning and 1h at the evening ! You will see that results will be much better ;)

    Evening because your body is stretched out, and then you don't have to worry about being exhausted for the rest of the day. :)

    i prefer to do exercise at morning it is the best time because at this time yr body is fresh and u can load heavy weight..:)

    There is a difference between being comfortable and the best time! Morning is the best time for exercise but if you are not comfortable in morning, you should try in the evening! :)
