    Learn to say NO to the things which aren’t in your hands and you don’t have time to spare on it. Follow the 80/20 rule that is focusing on the 20 percent of techniques that drives 80 percent results. The time management techniques are important to adapt otherwise you’ll always be running out of time.

    Stillness is Key by Ryan Holiday has a lot of great time management ideas wrapped up in a whole philosophy for living. I would highly recommend listening to the book, as it is about techniques to increase your output. Talks about the paradox of gaining more output by spending some time on leisure, and the importance of movement.
