What is the best technique in Link Building Technique right now?

I agree. We need to stop chasing after the next best thing and concentrate on providing quality content that people will naturally want to link to. Vary your methods too.

Like others have said, a mixture of techniques work.

However, the less automated it is, the more safe you probably are.

A human crafted link is a human crafted link. Instantly creating 1000 links on a site will have less value than taking the time to write a post full of content and keyword-rich links.

So many people spend so much time looking for the easy way out when in reality, they should try and depart from the norms, not chase trends that will die.

That being said, I think using "low value" methods helps with Google associating your anchor text with your website. So I still bother to use forum links as part of my strategy, mainly because it's so easy and zero risk.

 

Commenting on blogs is the best way of building links.Also do article marketing and forums and free online web directories.These are also the best link building techniques.

 

Actually I have found the WP plugin in my signature to be one of the better methods.
