I am looking for an online survey tool or script that you can brand, embed into your website, cross tab results and export data. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I use survey solutions 6 by perseus, it's old but you can install the engine on your website, or use perseus' own (with single page surveys), you get the responses emailed to you which the software automatically grabs from outlook and enters into a database. dead easy to setup and use, I highly recommend it, if you can find anywhere to get it still, seems that perseus are now vovici (www.perseus.com) Laz
StatPac (http://www.statpac.com/) is a wonder tool. Especially for cross tabulations. It's very robust. I have the the web survey and basic statistics module. They also have an advanced statistical analysis module - which I didn't need. You can download a free trial at the website. It's a small company so customer support is top-notch. David (who I believe is the developer/owner of the company) walked me through everything, and he was very patient. I highly recommend them.
