In the next month I will be starting the process of optimizing over 5,000 articles. I was wondering if anybody on this forum has any experience with a job of this magnitude and what their experiences were. I am looking to do this in the quickest and most efficient way possible while still doing extremely high quality work. I am not looking to cut corners, but rather manage the job in an effective manner. One idea I have is to go through each article personally and do the initial keyword research and change the URL, page title and meta data. All of which will reflect my initial keyword research. Then hire someone to use my initial research to integrate my chosen keywords into the body of the given article when applicable. The positive thing about this is that I can get through all the articles relatively quickly and at least assign a page title and URL that fits and hopefully the article can gain some traction in serps. It would also be nice to establish a solid url that probably wont change. Im scared that if I go through them one by one, thousands of articles wouldn't get touched for months and will have terrible urls and page titles. As far as help in this project, I can probably get one part time person. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.
Optimize article title and body to reflect the most searched keywords related to that niche. Sorry, no quick ways, have to do it in manual labour itself.
Yes, I realize thats is a manual process and Im not trying to take shortcuts rather figure out how to strategically get it done in the fastest and most efficient way possible. For example one strategy might be to research each broad category and start optimizing the articles for the category that gets the most searches first. Taking on the optimization for thousands and thousands of articles is a big undertaking, there must be some sort of strategy involved in the actual process of doing so.
