Swimming. But you lose weight best by eating less. Exercise only transfers weight from fat to muscle. Stop exercising and you'll gain the fat back.
Full marathon - 42KM would do the job. I used to be heavy but since I started my training, I lost quite a lot. But you need to surround yourself with people who also interested to exercise or else it's very easy to lose your motivation.
as mentioned by many here .running or cycling or anything which works your heart your good for your health best exercise in my opinion is Rope Skipping , because it burns the maximum calories in a given particular time but be sure to start slow as it can take it's toll on knees if you really are bulked up .
