What is the best software to use?

    Hey guys well, i do not know much about css yet however i am willing to learn, i know basic html now and feel i need css.

    I am wondering what is the best software to use for coding css also is there a basic structure to css like there is with html ( title, body).

    If any one has any advice that would be great.

    I was wondering if there is some sort of templates that you can use for css and just edit. Also is there software for colour codes or a good website which tells you each colour code.

    HTML Kit will help you with color codes. And there are tons of free Basic CSS templates that you can download and edit and learn from, just Google it.
