    Looking at all the above and going back to original question, is as someone would asked: "How to get rich?" So the answer should be: work hard, learn as much as possible about what you are doing and if that is not enough hire professional to help you.

    We all know about content, backlinks, google ads and so on. But the devil is in details and these details are different for every website.

    Where do you get these backlinks? Where do you post guest articles? How do you find it and manage it. Not all backlinks are good and it is not easy to find good places for posting articles. You also have to write them. Advise here is very general, I think everyone knows the basics, but then you have to put it in action. And that is not easy, I know it from experience, especially for someone starting up.
