There are many seo forums which are good and can be helpful also like Digitalpoint, v7n, daniweb, seoforum, freehostforum and many more. But I think this digitalpoint is the best so far.

I'd probably have to say Black Hat World (BHW). Theres quite a few SEO professionals hanging about over there. The SEO section on DP is also quite helpful, lots of good information posted here.

 

v7n is bad where as DP is good, warrior forum is just for marketing. And you are new in this. You should have to read seo blog.

 

DigitalPoint looks fine to me.
