    you dont need to submit to any actually. just build some backlinks and search engines will find your site and crawl

    The major search engines don't need you to submit to them, (get some links and they'll find you, sometimes in hours) the rest are not going to send enough traffic to make it worth your time submitting.

    In other words there is no "best" submission program, since they are all a waste of time.

    You are so right David :) I used to submit to many search engines but is a wast of time. Concentrate on building backlinks and the most important SE will find you for sure :)

    Don't submit anything to anywhere.
    Just put the sites in your signature or build a few backlings, and your site(s) will be found automatically.
