What is the best script to do this

    I am looking for these features:
    - community
    - gallery of pictures
    - gallery of files (nokia themes, mp3 ringtones)

    (something like mmcforums.net)

    What is the best script to do this ?

    Subdreamer could do that and much more

    Basically its a CMS and you can integrate it with a forum: phpbb, vbulletin, ipb etc and you can get plugins such as a gallery manager, download manager and so on.
